The Healing
We are all energy vibrations (better described as consciousness), our bodies, our thoughts, the whole universe interacting together, information flowing back and forth.
When there is a disturbance or miscommunication in this flow of energy vibrations then the body and mind can become disturbed. This can lead to a series of unexpected emotions, feeling unwell or even relationship friction.
VortexHealing is able to transform the root of this energy, bringing it into alignment, so by revealing its true nature, some qualities being love, compassion, peace, forgiveness
A physical condition can usually have its root in one or more emotional conditions; therefore in most situations dealing with the emotional condition may have a profound effect.
The healing works deeply to support the body’s own self-healing mechanism, and for deeper level of healing an integrated approach along with nutritional & lifestyle management is recommended.

Body System Re-set - 2 sessions
If you have a particular concern you would like to receive healing & support on, then these two sessions will dive deep into the root cause of the concern. Perhaps something has arisen in the last few day, maybe a new issue or an old one; either way allow the energy to transform it.

Opening the heart - 2 or 4 sessions
The foundation of life revolves around compassion, and with that comes love. The heart on the awakening journey is destined to open, when it does there will be a feeling of compassion towards your fellow beings, a natural flow of love arises, a feeling of more ‘whole’ and grounded. This love then needs to be embodied.
Cost: £170 - £300

Deep Nurturing - 2 or 4 sessions
There will be times when your body and mind needs to relax, to switch off from the stresses of life. Relationships, work, events even our own thoughts can cause the body to become tense. Allow this time to nurture, re-balance, relax the physical body and also calm the mind.
Cost: £170-£300

You will receive
Consultation - Prior to the healing we will chat regarding the concern and the focus for the session
Session guide - Describes the session in terms of preparation, during and after with some care advice.
Healing session - Each session is 60 minutes of deep transformative VortexHealing, except Supporting Immunity which is 75 minutes
End of healing de-brief - after the session we can chat or communicate about the healing
What is the session format?
A discussion is held with you to understand the concerns you have and what you would like the healing on.
You will be required to complete and return the consent form.
We will agree the date and time. A text will be sent a few minutes prior to the healing as a reminder.
Relax in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Lie down or sit in a chair, have a blanket nearby in case you get cold.
At the agreed time the energy healing will be sent.
Take some slow breaths in & out for relaxation. You may like to put on some soft music.
Once the session is finished, a text will be sent. We can either speak then or I’ll send an e-mail with a summary of the session.
Read the after care advice.
You may notice changes hours or days after the healing, maybe new changes emotionally, mentally, physically - each healing is unique.

The art of a good healer is allowing yourself to surrender to Divinity, to be guided to what it is showing you for the benefit of the client. In my practise I use both practical and the inner guidance to see where energy misalignments are occurring, and using both this healing technique and awakeness to support the transformation.
When the wisdom of the heart begins to open, a flow of compassion naturally arises, sensing is heightened and a feeling of connectiveness.
Awakening refers to the dissolving of the ego and a feeling of unity, in other words less of ‘I AM’ and more of One. The deeper one’s own awakening the more benefit to people receiving the healing.
